If you are chosen to appear on the new HGTV series Top Dollar, a local real estate expert will evaluate your home and take you on a tour of comparable homes in the neighborhood to determine the absolute top dollar of your home.
We are looking for homeowners who are getting ready to put their home on the market in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area for a this new series.
To apply, please submit the following information to Casting@edelmandc.com.
1. Number of people in your household and their ages
2. Street address of your house
3. When you plan to put your house on the market
4. History of when you purchased you home, the purchase price and the price you think you can get for your home now and why
5. Do you currently have a real estate agent and if so what is their name
6. A photo of you (and your family, if applicable)
7. A photo of the exterior of your home
8. A few photos of the interior of your home, no more than five
Be sure to include everything, as e-mails missing any information will not be considered.
