In a crowded market, your house needs to stand out to get sold. Studies have shown that in a cold market, a properly-staged home can sell in half the time. If you have a house for sale that could benefit from home staging, we would love to hear from you and possibly feature your home on the HGTV series Get It Sold.
We are looking for homeowners who have their house currently on the market in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. We prefer that the home is furnished and that the homeowners are still living in the space.
If you're selected to participate, we will provide materials and an expert team of home-improvement specialists and professional home stagers to help turn your home into an Open House showplace.

- Number, names and ages of people in your household (including pets)
- Property address (home must be within the Washington metro area)
- How long your home has been on the market
- Pricing history
- If you have a realtor now or have worked with one in the past
- A photo of you (and your family, if applicable)
- A photo of the exterior of your home
- A few photos of the interior of your home (especially any cluttered or design-challenged spaces)
- E-mail and phone number(s) where you can be contacted
