10 oz. pre-primed canvas
permanent black marker
acrylic paint
fabric medium
fabric glitter paint
acrylic jewels
fabric glue
flexible varnish
snap closures
scissors
artist paintbrushes
snap fastening tool
1. Draw a mermaid image on the canvas using a permanent black marker.
2. Cut an 8" x 1-1/2" strip of canvas fabric to size.
3. Mix fabric medium into the chosen acrylic paint colors.
4. Begin painting the image. Start with the skin tone, then the hair, then clothes and background. Lastly, paint the eye color. Let dry.
