Peel top layer off of paper napkins or tear fabric into strips. Tear (do not cut) the paper or fabric into strips and place on a basket with Mod Podge glue. You now have a basket covered with different colors.

Mod Podge can be used as a glue and a sealant. It is an all-in-one sealer glue and finish--gloss and matte finish. Sizes range from four ounces to one gallon.
