Change the look of printed or plain card stock by using Jill Miller's simple sanding technique.
Materials:
vellum
two toned card stock
light grit sandpaper
baby wipes
photos
Sanded Vellum/Embossed Paper
Lightly rub sandpaper across the paper until you have created desired highlights.
Tip: to buff out scratch marks that the sandpaper left behind, rub it out with fine sandpaper.
