Simple lines—along with a monochromatic color scheme—really make the photos stand out.

Materials:

card stock in three shades of one color (light, medium and dark)
photos of the same color scheme
computer and printer
punch

  1. Select photos that have a similar color or pattern.

  • Mat each photo on various shades of the background cardstock.

  • Create a monochromatic background by placing symmetrical shades of cardstock on the background page.

  • Adhere matted photos to the page.

  • Figure B

  • Create a title on your computer leaving several spaces between each letter.

  • Use a punch to cut out each letter.

  • Assemble each letter onto a strip of cardstock and adhere to the page.
