Mesh applied to cardstock creates a textured look for window pages.

Add texture to a window to create dimension to any page. Guest Holly Moore reveals a beautiful example.

Materials:

self-adhesive Magic Mesh
white, black and yellow cardstock
adhesive
white vellum
eyelets
bee cutouts
wire
wire cutters
scissors

Steps:

  1. Apply self adhesive Magic Mesh to 11" x 2-1/2" strip of white cardstock, and then apply a black strip of cardstock to the back.

  2. Add a strip of yellow cardstock behind the black cardstock, creating a layered look.

  3. Place a beehive on top of the mesh, using adhesive.

  • Adhere vellum to bee cutouts, and then color in the backside of the vellum with a marker.

  • Place an eyelet into each bee's head.

  • Thread twisted wire through each eyelet and secure by tying a knot in the wire.
