Figure A
Materials:

packing palette
1" x 6" cedar boards
paint and brushes
6 large corner braces
9 decking braces
screws
3 large metal feet

Steps:

  1. Take off bottom section of palette (what would touch the ground for shipping ).
  2. Cut cedar for shelves (about eight inches longer than palette width).
  3. Screw decking foot braces to palette--three across and three down (space to desired shelf height, figure A).
  4. Line up shelves and screw into decking braces. Attach corner braces for additional support, and then a 1" x 2" for stability right above each shelf.
  5. Bolt chosen feet onto bottom for support.
  6. Water paint down a bit and color shelves as desired.
