• A great solution for a bad-hair day is teasing. Just tease the hair, shake it out with your fingers, add an accessory and you're ready to go!
  
  
• To test the oil's temperature when frying tempura, drop a little batter in the oil. If it floats, it is 350 degrees. If it sinks, it is not hot enough, and if it sizzles loudly, it's too hot.
