Soy Milk

Ingredients:

2 Tbs. soy milk powder
1 pint water
1-1/2 Tbs. honey
touch of sea salt

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients well and drink. This type of milk can also be used in recipes that call for milk. For those who are used to drinking whole milk, this will be thinner in consistency, but is easy to get used to.

Almond Milk

Ingredients:

3 oz. almonds
5 oz. apple juice
3 to 5 oz. water
honey to taste

Preparation:

Soak almonds in apple juice in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, dump the soaked almonds and any remaining liquid in a blender with water and honey. Blend to desired consistency. Add strawberries to make a great smoothie.
