Steps 8-9
8. Position a brick under one of the feet of the banding wheel so that the plate is at a 30-degree angle. Center the plate to begin the process for dividing the plate into sections with a soft lead pencil.

9. Draw concentric circles on the plate with the soft lead pencil by spinning the wheel counterclockwise with your left hand and holding the pencil in your right hand.
