10. Divide the outer design into 12 equal parts with a compass (30-degrees) for the 12 peacock feathers. Peacock feathers are transferred onto the plate using a single peacock feather template. Arches are set approximately 10-degrees apart, although they are not sketched on but painted on the plate.
