As an art history major, Susan Snyder studied abroad for a semester of college in Faenza, Italy, where she discovered a beautiful pottery making process—as well as the man of her dreams! She brought both back to the US and now she works as a teacher at the local children’s art center in Bloomington, Ind. In her spare time, she loves to be outdoors with her husband and 4-year-old son.
