10. Allow the watering pitcher to dry thoroughly. Fire the pitcher very slowly in the electric kiln to cone 9 - 10 for about 19 hours. The firing should be taken very slowly up to bisque temperature, about 1900-degrees F, after which the firing may proceed at a normal pace.
