Materials:

Steps:
1. Stamp various images onto a piece of card stock.
2. Draw a paper doll pattern onto the piece of card stock over the stamped images (figure A) and cut out. The stamped images will create patterns within the doll pieces (figure B).
2. Place the pieces on top of plain paper to protect your work surface.
3. Tap a round sponge onto a colored stamp pad, and apply color to the paper doll pieces (figure C). Let dry.
4. Stamp the paper doll's face using black ink.
5. Add embellishments to the doll parts.
6. Attach the doll's body parts together using eyelets.
7. Attach hair and a crown to the doll's head using double-sided adhesive tape (figure D).
8. Make an accordion folded skirt out of card stock that has been dyed with Spectra Art tissue (figure E). Attach it to the doll with double-sided adhesive tape.
Tips:
- Try different colored card stock or water color paper and stamp on for a different effect.
- Images can also be embossed for another unique look.
- Have your paper doll hold an object such as a birthday cake, a suitcase, or a bouquet of flowers.
- Color copy photos of friend and family and use their heads for your doll's face.
