4. Mountain fold the bottom two corners of the bill using the crease down the middle as a guide. This will create a point at the bottom (figure C).

5. Fold the top two corners down towards the middle, but not as far as the bottom corners (figure D). Make sure you crease this fold very hard.

6. Unfold all four corners you just made at the top and bottom of the bill.

7. With your finger, push the folds to the inside of the bill between the two main pieces of paper. The paper needs to be opened up a little to do this (figure E).

8. You should begin to see the shape of the heart. Fold the two middle corners on the front and the back to round the top of the heart (figure F).

9. Open the heart and push the top edge to the inside of the bill and crease ( figure G). This should create a heart (figure H). Repeat the steps to make a second heart.

10. Cut three to five, four-inch pieces of wire garland then use floral tape to piece these to pointed end of the shish kabob skewer.

11. Tape the skewer to the back of one bill. Sandwich the second bill on top of the first and tape together. Small pieces of tape work better.

12. If a gift tag is desired, punch a hole in one end of a piece of paper. Tie the gift card to the money wand using ribbon.
