Born in India, raised in England and later Wisconsin, Tiffany Rooprai followed her husband to Massachusetts for grad school and finally landed in Boise for his work. Throughout that time she was hand folding and cutting cards as a hobby and selling them at the Saturday Market, a local fair in Boise.
