15. Apply a layer of heated wax to the front of the cover with a metal brush. Heat the first layer of the wax medium and "fuse" it to the card cover with an iron or heat lamp. Keep the temperature low and do not heat too fast. Allow to cool and become firm.

16. Place the bear cutout on top of the wax.

17. Apply another layer of wax with the metal brush. Fuse the wax with an iron (heat lamp). Allow to cool.
