20. Carve a heart on the bear's chest in the white wax. Apply red chalk to the heart.

21. Slip the note inside the pocket and place the encaustic picture-gram card inside a lined box or a stiff envelope. This cannot be mailed and should be gifted by hand. The encaustic wax will protect your art and last nearly forever if taken care of properly. Extreme heat (over 120-degrees) will melt the wax and ruin the card. Keep the art piece in a cool dry place.
