Guest Deborah Harmon shows how to use wire-edged ribbon to decorate hats. She tacks the ribbon down on the front of the hat, then pulls the wire partially out of one side, gathers the fabric and rolls it into a rose. Additional embellishments may be glued or sewn on, and designs may be added with fabric paint.
