Computer Crafting

Jaclyn demonstrated how to use a software package from PrintPaks that allow you to greatly reduce your crafting time for various projects. With this software, everything from pop-up cards to party hats and refrigerator magnets can be made instantly. One wonderful advantage of these types of programs is not having to drive to the copy store every time you want a color print. If you are using photo graphics, their size and shape can also be easily manipulated using the computer accessories. Another benefits is that you can make more than one copy by simply printing out several at a time. The kits come with software and some paper supplies to get started.

Some other helpful software programs (not available from PrintPaks) are:

ColorKnit- a simple program to help knitters create designs and see how the design will look when completed.
QuiltPro - a program designed to allow quilters the fun of designing their own patterns.
Fittingly Sew - a program for fitting and designing clothing patterns.
