Products here range from an item that started as a child's toy to a dramatic rubber stamp for the true stamp enthusiast.

Number one was the latest addition to the Blopen line of products. The Blopen, originally intended for children, is a pen-shaped item filled with paint that you blow into. A dot or splotch (figure A) of paint comes out the other end. Different effects are obtained by changing the distance from the end of the pen to the paper. This apparently became a popular item with the youngsters because soon after introducing the original model, the company came out with a foot pump model called the Turbo Pump (figure B), which works when the air is pushed through the pen via foot power. Apparently more than the youngsters found this fascinating because the latest addition to the line is fabric paint-filled pens that can be used with stencils to decorate clothing and more. On today's show, we showed a lampshade, candle and sweatshirt jacket all decorated using stencils and the pen.

Item number two was the Scrapbooking Organizer from Fiskars, which features many pockets for decorative-edged scissors. Each pocket has a see-through window so it is possible to determine which design is on each pair of scissors (figure C). The carrier also features a wide, see-into, zipper-topped pocket along one side as well as many pockets for pens. The inside is a case large enough to hold a good-sized scrapbook.

From Dr. Ph Martins was a wonderfully practical way of packaging their iridescent stamp pads. Each now comes with a small refill bottle of the ink.

The Bollio stamp by Judikins is a large rubber stamp that covers a lot of territory more easily than many of the large rectangular-shaped stamps. Nine inches in length and 1-1/4-inch wide, it is a four-sided block with handles on each end giving it the appearance of a rolling pin (figure D). A beautiful, very detailed border drawing is featured on each of the four sides.

Also from Dr. Ph Martin is a new line of Radiant Concentrated Watercolors. Incredibly brilliant, the paints, which appear to be more like ink, come in small bottles. A tiny bit goes a long way.
