Adding Sparkle to a Room

Interior designer Lee Subotnick shares a trade secret about a special tool that makes it easy to add wallpaper borders by yourself.

The tool mounts to the wall temporarily using three sharp points, and holds a roll of border, freeing both hands to glue and smooth the border (see photo).
