Red Room Decor

Be bold and add red to walls and accessories.

Materials:

red latex paint
star stencil
stencil brush
red stencil paint
1/2" red ribbon
white craft glue in squeeze bottle

Steps:

1. Paint wall(s) red and let dry.
2. Stencil the wall randomly or in a striped pattern.
3. Glue a strip of ribbon above baseboard or chair rail.

Red Framed Print or Photo

Materials:

plain wood frame with glass
red acrylic paint
paintbrush
red card stock
print or photo
double-stick mounting tape

Steps:

1. Paint frame and let dry.
2. Cut card stock to fit inside frame. Center print or photo on card and attach with mounting tape. Stamp around framed object if desired.
3. Put glass and picture in frame and hang.

Red Lampshade

Materials:

paper lampshade
red spray paint
fabric glue
ribbon
stamp
stamping ink

Steps:

1. Spray shade and let dry well.
2. Stamp design randomly over shade.
3. Glue ribbon along top and bottom edges.
